STX HotSplash is best described as a mixture of menu program, splash-
screen, webpage and animator, it sound strange but it's actually very
usefull for many purposes: Creating menus or frontends for CD-ROMS, net-
works etc., normal splash-screens for your own applications or even inter-
active and animated splash screens for launching applications and/or
displaying information, the possibilities are many. STX HotSplash basicly
enables you make a splash-screen from a standard Windows bitmap-file
and optionally define HotSpots and animations on it.
STX HotSplash also has an large amount of different options which can be
used to customize HotSplash to fit your needs.
STX HotSplash features :

launch applications and documents, pop-up user menus, show text-files
and messages, play WAV-files, exit and re-start Windows, etc. etc.

STX HotSplash is shareware and this means that you need register it if you
want to unlock all features which are normally disables. The unregistred
version can freely be used and distributed without registering.
